Location Kulmbach

We are located in the center of Kulmbach, a small town with lots of atmosphere and a high quality of life. The historic old town defines the townscape with the imposing Plassenburg Castle and its almost 1000-year history above.

Despite the historic roots, Kulmbach is a technological center with a focus on the food industry, especially brewing, baking and spice processing. For several years, this industrial orientation has been scientifically reinforced by the Bayreuth University's Faculty of Life Sciences, which is based in Kulmbach and is dedicated to researching food, nutrition and health.
